5f. Provide the latitude and longitude of the project location.

You can get your project's latitude and longitude using a Global Positioning Service (GPS) device or a topographic map.

You can also find the latitude and longitude by entering your address at https://store.usgs.gov/map-locator. Once you submit your address, hover over the red marker; the latitude and longitude will show up in a white box on the bottom right side of the map.

If applicable, report the latitude and longitude for the 'center point' of your project location.

Please specify which North American Datum (NAD) you use on your JARPA form. It is strongly recommended you use the "NAD 83" datum when determining the GPS coordinates of your project.

Permitting agencies prefer latitude and longitude in the decimal format (e.g., 47.05061°, -122.84465°).

You can also use this site to locate the latitude and longitude of your project: https://landsatlook.usgs.gov/.
